Reporting
to the Office Manager, you will join an exisiting team of 4 Admin
Assistants who support the Claims and New Business Department. This is
an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to build
their career in Cayman.
Responsibilities:
Processing Customer Claims, checking and reviewing documentation for
accurateness and completedness.
Drafting client letters and customer correspondence.
Dealing
with queries on the phone.
Filing
and maintaing accurate customer records.
Project
related work to improve the customer and client databases.
Assisting with photocopying, filing, and general document management
Deputising for the claims staff as required.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years experience in an administrative role within an international
financial organisation or leading corporate.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills required, particularly in Word and
Excel.
Very
strong customer focus and client liaison skills.
Must
have a third level qualification.
Remuneration:
A
salary of US$35,000 to 40,000 Tax Free, plus benefits will be offered

Responsibilities:
Post
holder will support the activities of senior management as well as
general daily office administration.
The
successful candidate must have considerable experience at a senior
secretarial level to include in-depth experience with payroll,
accounts payable and receivable, provide registered office services,
manage the schedule of the director, and electronic correspondence to
consist of presentations and formal letters.
Requirements:
Minimum
of 5 years experience at a senior secretary level

holder should have the ability to work independently and under
pressure; be reliable, punctual, and hard-working
Strong
analytical skills
Keen
ability to exercise initiative and work independently
Technically competent with Excel, Word and similar software packages
The
ability to communicate in French, both written and spoken, would be
advantageous
